Routes to Knowledge

FLEXIBLE CURRICULUM & LEARNING COACHES ARE KEY

Embracing cultural differences and demonstrating academic, social, and individual cooperation.
The purpose of Routes to Knowledge Adult Learning is to reach out
to adults, 17 years and older, who are seeking to re-enter the academic
community and or workforce.

We offer sessions and workshops to enhance the individual’s academic and employ-ability skills. We work to involve each member of the learner’s family through academic tutoring and community events. We use instructional and social curriculum tools to help build the adult learners knowledge and skills to improve their potential, as well as encourage building of personal, family and community commitment.

Routes to Knowledge’s will offer workshops to assist adult learners on how
to integrate their new knowledge into their work experience and community.
We are hands on facilitators and will share and embrace cultural differences
while demonstrating the value of academic, social, and individual cooperation.

Cultural and social interaction is essential to Routes to Knowledge’s support for diverse learners. Facilitators will emphasize the practical and social use of skills and knowledge. Learners will benefit from the program by understanding how to apply their knowledge in new and local learning communities.

Welcome to Routes to Knowledge. Join me in learning and exploring together. I started R2K to share my passion for L.E.D. During my time mentoring and coaching at Capella University, I discovered my enjoyment in helping others with writing. My mentees said I made it easy for them. So here I am.
